This Charter of the Portland Area SolidWorks User Group sets forth:
 

• Purpose of the PASWUG organization

• Scope of Problem Solving activities

• Membership rules

• The  Board of Directors

• Plans for Funding

• Guidelines for Meetings

• The goals for the Web Site

• Limited uses for the Membership Database

This Charter will be subject to amendment by recommendation from user group participants with concurrence by the Board of Directors and guidance from the national SolidWorks Users Group Network.
