Heather Jennings
Heather Jennings is the founder of Data Management
Specialists, LLC and President of PASWUG. She is
responsible for numerous manufacturing and engineering
process development and vaulting system implementation
projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her in-depth
knowledge as both a SolidWorks/PDMWorks user and as a
data systems manager, coupled with her practical
approach to small and international scale installations,
have made her a recognized authority on engineering and
manufacturing procedure analysis and process control
development.

Elizabeth Lions
Elizabeth will be giving the employment market update to
kick off our meetings.
Elizabeth Lions is the Author of Recession Proof
Yourself! which is a no-nonsense approach to finding a
job during recession. Elizabeth is a highly respected
author and professional speaker both locally and
nationally. She has been a headhunter for most of her
career and has held thousands of conversations with

Mr. Robinson spent six years
in the Merchant Marines as
an engineer before pursuing
a career in Industrial
Engineering. In 1991 Mr.
Robinson joined Resource
Recycling Systems, Inc. of
Ann Arbor Michigan as a
Consultant. He Joined
Boeing Commercial Airplane
Group in 1997. In 2002 Mr.
Robinson joined with three
associates to form Afinitus
Group, LLC. He has been
the lead consultant on the
implementation of Dr.
Goldratt’s Critical Chain
Project Management in
several different
organizations over the past
10 years. These
organizations come primarily
from the Aerospace and
defense industries as well
as commercial software
development.
Mr. Robinson holds an
undergraduate degree in
Industrial Engineering from
the University of Michigan
as well as a Masters
Certificate in Engineering
Management from Washington
State University. Mr.
Robinson is certified by the
Theory of Constraints
International Certification
Organization (TOCICO) and
has passed Part 1 [EIT] of
the Professional Engineering
Exams.

Cramer
David Cramer attended Washington State University where
he received his Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical
Engineering. He immediately entered the CAD software
industry working as one of the original authors of TTI's
breakthrough translation software, Acc-u-Trans.
Currently, he is the Business Development Manager at
Integrated Engineering Solutions, where he applies his
knowledge of engineering, CAD, business process
automation, and software development to provide
customized software solutions for his clients and
partners.
