implementation of TOC/CCPM/Lean
within medium to large organizations
interested in taking advantage of
the benefits these management
techniques can produce.
My experiences with TOC/CCPM/Lean
have centered around large scale
implementations for a commercial
aircraft manufacturing company as
well as a key military branch of the
Department of Defense. In both of
these cases, I have played a central
role in the conception and
implementation of Critical Chain
Project Management systems. Both
implementations have experienced
significant bottom line improvement
results.
